In principle, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us from contact as we will exchange it.

Can I exchange the product if it is damaged?

If the product is damaged upon arrival or within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it as an initial defect at our expense. Please contact us with a photo of the actual product from contact

How long will it take to arrive?

We will ship within 5 business days of purchase. After shipping, it will usually be delivered to the post in 2-3 days. Please note that it may take about a week for remote areas.
